Financial Operations Manager | PE Backed Technology | Salary £85,000 - £95,000 + 20% bonus and benefits

I am working with a large-cap PE-backed company seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join their team. This is a high-performing team where you will report to the Group Financial Controller and have multiple direct reports. Prior experience in training and developing team members is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the execution, stabilization, and ongoing BAU operations of the group's new Finance Centre of Excellence.
2. Overseeing all transactional activities, including AP, AR, and general accounting.
3. Implementing and maintaining the group's best-in-class financial controls across all areas.
4. Leading month-end processes and supporting the audit process.
5. Reviewing and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
6. Training, developing, and supporting junior team members to enhance their skills.

You should be comfortable collaborating with various teams across the business and have experience working with senior leadership. Familiarity with current systems, process improvement, and delivering results is required.

Applicants must be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified and have experience working in a large organization, either PE-backed or listed, to bring best-in-class processes and procedures.
