Finance Manager - Operations

Salary: GBP 75,000 - GBP 95,000 per annum + bonus

Role Overview: We are working with a large-cap PE-backed company seeking a Financial Operations Manager. This high-performing team reports to the Group Financial Controller and includes multiple direct reports. Prior experience in training and developing team members is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the execution, stabilization, and ongoing BAU operations of the group's new Finance Centre of Excellence.
2. Manage transactional activities including AP, AR, and general accounting.
3. Implement and maintain robust financial controls across all areas.
4. Oversee month-end processes and support the audit process.
5. Review and streamline processes for efficiency.
6. Train, develop, and support junior team members to enhance their skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with various teams and have exposure to senior leadership. Experience with existing systems, process improvements, and delivering results is crucial.

Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a large organization, preferably PE or listed, to bring best-in-class processes and procedures.
