We are seeking a Finance Manager within our global reporting team, based in London. You will be responsible for reporting on the Middle East region, including monthly reporting, liaising with auditors, and ensuring statutory compliance.

You will report to the Senior Finance Manager for the Middle East.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Managing month-end reporting for Middle East entities and group-wide processes.
  2. Collaborating with the group reporting team on processes and taking responsibility for specific tasks.
  3. Working closely with local Middle East Finance teams to understand all accounting entries.
  4. Supporting the Middle East Finance Strategy team with queries on monthly reports.
  5. Conducting variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet, coordinating with other finance departments.
  6. Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolving variances.
  7. Preparing statutory accounts in accordance with local standards.
  8. Engaging with external auditors to fulfill their requests and address queries.
  9. Supporting finance transformation initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  10. Assisting during group reporting periods.
Requirements:
  • Accountancy qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS15.
  • Proactive and responsible work ethic.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to deliver.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with clear deadlines.
Advantages (not required):
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Blackline, intercompany processes, IFRS16.
