  • Design winning strategies: Create and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with global goals and regional needs.
  • Build strong partnerships: Establish and deepen relationships with key technology - such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, AWS - and consulting partners across EMEA.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work with partners on joint business plans, field alignment, marketing efforts, and enablement activities to drive measurable results.
  • Enable partner success: Provide resources, training, and tools to empower partners to champion Atlan effectively.
  • Align teams seamlessly: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize partnership success.
  • Measure and improve: Track and report on KPIs to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Self Starter - Highly motivated professional who shows resourcefulness in finding solutions without waiting for explicit instructions in a dynamic environment.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Solve problems creatively and deliver value to partners while embodying Atlan’s fun yet high-integrity ethos.
