Job summary

Candour Talent are recruiting a Finance Manager for our client in Blaenavon. The role is permanent/full time, with salary circa £45-55k DOE. Working hours Mon-Fri, 8.15am-5.00pm Mon-Thu and 8.15am-3.00pm Fri.

You will help produce monthly management accounts, provide financial analysis to the management team, and support day-to-day financial operations with a view to progress to Head of the Accounts team.

Qualifications

• AAT or ACA/ACCA qualifications.
• Proven financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with Sage 50.
• Ability to work in a small team and take initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts to deadlines.
• Provide financial analysis reports to management.
• Support day-to-day financial operations.
• Oversee office and sales department financial overview.
• Assist with VAT calculation and payment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules.
