Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Finance Manager for its M&S Clothing & Home operation in Bradford. You will ensure integrity of financial accounts, develop strong relationships with operations and commercial teams, and deliver robust financial controls in line with SOX standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment, producing management accounts and KPI reporting.
• Experience in producing financial reports with meaningful commentary.
• Experience in building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be an effective influencer and communicator, able to positively engage and empower others.
• Full qualified CIMA, ACCA or QBE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly financial and KPI reporting, including month-end processes and balance sheets.
• Lead, manage, coach and develop the team to exceed expectations and align toward common goals.
• Ensure annual operation plans and quarterly revisions are completed and submitted to the customer on time.
• Drive onsite CI initiatives, cost-saving measures, and accurate data reporting to deliver maximum business benefit.
