Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial control, management accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of month-end, year-end and balance sheet accounting processes.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and work with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or developing less experienced colleagues.
• Continuous improvement mindset to challenge processes and drive change.
