Lowell is seeking a Finance Manager for a 16-month fixed-term contract at Thorpe Park, Leeds, with hybrid working. The role leads key accounting and financial control activities, including month-end and year-end reporting, and balance sheet integrity, partnering with stakeholders across the business.

We value a fully qualified accountant who can challenge ways of working, develop others, and drive continuous improvement as Lowell automates and modernises its finance function.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a financial control, management accounting or financial reporting environment.
• Strong understanding of month-end, year-end and balance sheet accounting processes.
• Track record of building trusted relationships and working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or developing less experienced colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of key accounting and financial control activities, including month-end and year-end reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial information within your area.
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues and the wider business to provide insight, support and challenge as needed.
• Share knowledge and experience to develop colleagues and drive continuous improvement.
