Lowell Financial Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager on a 16-month fixed-term contract at Thorpe Park, Leeds, with hybrid working. You’ll own month-end/year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience, strong financial controls knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements and coach junior colleagues

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial control, management accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of month-end, year-end and balance sheet accounting processes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or developing less experienced colleagues.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge processes.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of key accounting and financial control activities including month-end and year-end reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial information.
• Collaborate with Finance and wider business to provide insight and challenge where needed.
• Mentor and develop less experienced colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive value through automation and simplification.
