Job summary

RECfinancial, partnering with a Leicestershire-based business, seeks a proactive Junior Finance Manager to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, nominal codes, stock management and support month-end reporting. Hybrid role with up to two days from home.

Ideal candidates will be part-qualified in ACA/ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience, with Sage and Excel proficiency and a drive to progress into a Finance Manager position in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sage and Excel required.
• Strong communication and ownership of workload are essential.
• ambition to step up towards Finance Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and nominal code allocations.
• Support stock management and month-end management accounts.
• Provide proactive financial reporting and issue escalation as needed.
