Job summary

Partner Financial is partnering with a high-growth technology business expanding internationally. A Finance Manager is sought to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and establish robust, scalable processes across a growing group.

You will oversee month-end close, VAT, payroll, treasury and financial controls, while mentoring the finance team and driving improvements to systems and reporting.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven experience in multi-entity environments is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee month-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Manage journals, accruals and prepayments with strong control.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and detailed analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Support VAT, payroll and treasury across UK and international entities.
• Review supplier payments and control environment.
• Lead process improvements and scalable finance operations.
