Job summary

Tutti Bambini is seeking a sharp, commercially-minded Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, monthly close, and financial reporting across the UK, EU and US.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead our operational accounts team while playing a pivotal hands-on role in FP&A, budgeting, and commercial analysis in a fast-paced, multi-channel consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a CPG, FMCG, or e-commerce business selling physical products.
• Experience handling accounting and tax across UK, EU, and US markets.
• Experience mentoring junior accounts staff (AP/AR).

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and month-/quarter-/year-end closes across UK, EU and US entities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, with actionable insights for department heads.
• Analyze profitability by region and channel; support pricing strategies and promotional ROI for new product launches.
