Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related.
• Progressive FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance experience in global/complex org.
• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis and performance management.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Translate complex financial/operational info into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle; strong Excel and data analysis.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to drive performance and cash flow.
• Lead long-range, medium-range planning and annual operating plans and forecasting.
• Analyse performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities, with clear recommendations.
• Develop and monitor meaningful KPIs for visibility into performance and profitability.
• Drive risk and opportunity management with mitigation actions.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate across Finance and other functions to improve financial performance.
• Communicate findings to senior leaders clearly and effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team to deliver planning, forecasting, reporting.
