BTG is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support strategic and operational decision-making across multiple offices. You will work closely with Managing Partners, Office Partners and the divisional FD to drive business improvement through financial insight and performance analysis.

The role bridges finance and operations, embedding financial considerations into business decisions while collaborating with FP&A and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.

Formación

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA is required or strongly preferred.
• Post-qualification experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience as a finance business partner, ideally in a multi-office or professional services setting.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel and Power BI is expected.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple offices is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Partners and Office Partners, providing financial guidance for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Build relationships across the business to understand drivers and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate with FP&A Manager and divisional FD to align financial planning with goals.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance across offices, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Provide commentary on variances, KPIs and business drivers.
• Support development and tracking of business improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases and investment proposals from a financial perspective.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned regions with alignment to strategic objectives.
• Ensure forecasts are accurate, timely and reflect current realities.
