Job summary

Citadel Source is partnering with a growing, international organisation to recruit a Finance Manager. You will own the finance function, oversee accounting, audits, treasury, reporting and VAT across multiple jurisdictions, and lead the ERP implementation of Microsoft Business Central.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with Big Four or Top 10 experience preferred, and you will enjoy driving process improvements in a transforming SME with global exposure.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong grounding in financial accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience in Big Four or Top 10 firms is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP implementations, especially Business Central.
• Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to change.
• Experience in international business and SME environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end process and production of financial reporting packs.
• Act as primary contact for auditors and support year-end reporting.
• Oversee transactional finance activities and support the development of the wider finance team.
• Manage treasury activities, cashflow, banking relationships and payments.
• Take ownership of VAT compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Support payroll processing and wider financial controls.
• Lead the implementation of a new Microsoft Business Central ERP system.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
• Contribute to ongoing business transformation initiatives and future transaction readiness activities.
