Citadel Source is partnering with a growing, international organisation to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business on an exciting transformation journey, where you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting, and supporting the implementation of a new ERP system. The business has recently returned to profitability and is positioning itself for significant future growth and a potential exit event over the coming years.
Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function's day-to-day operations, acting as the key person for financial accounting, audit management, treasury, reporting, and regulatory compliance. This is a broad and hands-on role that offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to influence how finance supports the wider business. You will also play a leading role in the implementation of a new ERP system, helping to modernise processes, improve reporting capabilities, and drive efficiencies across the finance function.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong grounding in financial accounting, controls, and statutory reporting. Experience gained within practice, particularly a Big Four or Top 10 environment, would be advantageous, alongside experience within a growing SME or international business. You will be someone who enjoys improving processes, taking ownership, and operating in an environment where change and continuous improvement are encouraged. Exposure to ERP implementations, particularly Business Central, would be highly desirable.
