Job summary

Bromcom Computers Plc is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing EdTech business in Bromley. This hands-on role covers management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and day-to-day finance leadership.

You will work with the senior leadership team to provide timely financial information, develop reporting systems and controls, and support strategic decision-making as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant.
• 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Industry experience in technology, software, SaaS or fast-growing business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management information production with variance analysis.
• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and commentary for senior leadership.
• Manage and develop the finance team to meet deadlines and high standards.
• Maintain and develop the financial model, budgets, forecasts and key assumptions.
• Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting updates.
• Develop KPI reporting to improve commercial awareness and financial accountability.
• Collaborate with department managers to analyse performance and challenge financial outcomes.
• Ensure robust financial controls and timely statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Support pricing analysis with sales and tenders, maximise revenue while protecting margins.
• Monitor SaaS revenues and recurring income; analyse contracts and metrics.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling for business cases and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
