Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Commercial awareness with strong management accounting experience.
• Experience in technology, software, SaaS or fast-growing businesses is advantageous.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management information with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
• Produce monthly Management Accounts commentary for senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the finance team to meet deadlines and maintain standards.
• Maintain and develop financial model, budgets and forecasts.
• Lead annual budgeting, update forecasts, monitor business performance.
• Develop KPI reporting to improve commercial awareness across departments.
• Collaborate with managers to understand financial performance and challenge results.
• Maintain robust financial controls, policies and statutory reporting.
• Support year-end audit and tax compliance processes.
• Provide analysis around pricing decisions to maximise revenue and protect margins.
• Monitor SaaS revenues, recurring income, and key commercial metrics.
• Support business cases and investment decisions with modelling.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
