Job summary

Bromcom Computers Plc in Bromley is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function in a growing EdTech business. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and the day-to-day financial operations.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide timely financial analysis and commercial insight to support decisions, develop financial controls, and drive performance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3+ years post-qualification.
• Experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or fast-growth business is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management information and variance analysis.
• Produce Management Accounts pack commentary for SLT.
• Manage, develop and support the finance team.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts and key underlying assumptions.
• Lead annual budgeting and update forecasts.
• Develop KPI reporting across departments.
• Support pricing decisions with financial analysis.
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support business cases and investments.
