Job summary

Boden Group in Birmingham is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner with Facilities Management experience to work with senior operational and commercial leaders, delivering financial insight and challenge to improve profitability. You will own planning, month-end, reporting, and contribute to bids and mobilisation with strong IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least five years post-qualification experience and

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience.
Strong finance business partnering / commercial finance experience.
Facilities management experience is essential.
Strong IFRS knowledge and technical accounting.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
SAP or other ERP experience desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
Own management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Analyse operational and commercial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
Support contract profitability, revenue, costs, work in progress and cash collection.
Provide financial analysis and modelling for bids, business cases and mobilisation.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
