We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Systems Consultant to join a dynamic organisation undergoing a major finance systems transformation. This is a high-impact role suited to a consultant with deep experience in financial systems, business analysis, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver key elements of the finance system upgrade or implementation

Conduct detailed process reviews and gap analysis

Configure and test financial modules to meet business requirements

Work closely with finance teams to improve reporting, controls, and automation

Manage data migration, UAT, and go-live support

Provide expert advice on system best practices and process efficiency

Deliver user training and produce system documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience in finance systems consulting (e.g., Unit4 ERP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)

Strong financial and business process knowledge (qualified or part-qualified accountant desirable)

Track record of successful project delivery in complex environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Able to work independently and deliver results to tight deadlines
