We are currently preparing for ourfirst seed capital raiseto scale our secured food delivery offering and expand our product reach across markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing and well-connectedInvestment Liaison Directorto join Atyourtime Group and take full ownership of our fundraising strategy. You will be responsible forleading, managing and executingthe fundraising campaign for our seed capital raise beginning with Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery. You will work closely with the CEO to engage, negotiate and close deals with Venture Capitalists (VCs), angel investors, family offices and institutional partners.

This role is suited to someone who has deep experience in fundraising within early-stage startups and high-growth businesses, and who possesses an active and relevant investment network. Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end fundraising process, from strategy development to investor engagement and closure.
• Identify, qualify and engagestrategic investors, VCs, angel networks, and institutional partners aligned with our mission.
• Prepare compelling investor materials (pitch decks, executive summaries, data rooms) in collaboration with internal teams.
• Act as a key spokesperson for the company during investor discussions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of investor prospects and update the leadership team on progress regularly.
• Negotiate term sheets and coordinate legal, financial and operational due diligence processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, acting as abridge between the company and investment community.
• Represent Atyourtime Group’s vision with conviction and clarity, ensuring alignment with investor values.
• Monitor market trends and competitor fundraising activity to keep Atyourtime at the forefront of investor interest.

Required Experience & Attributes

• Proven track record of raising capital (seed to Series A) in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Strong network ofUK-based and international investors, including VC firms, family offices and HNWIs.
• Demonstrated ability toclose fundraising roundsand handle complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen with the ability to present business value persuasively.
• High level ofautonomy, ownership and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or platform-based startups is a strong advantage.
