Job Description
- Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor the accounting & finance team to achieve targets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A strong background in accounting & finance
- Studying towards a professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proven track record of managing financial operations and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial management
