Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!

We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our dedicated and professional Finance team in Nottingham.

In this strategic role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to deliver compelling analysis that drives smarter decisions and unlocks EBITDA growth. It's more than finance, it's about shaping the future of the business through clarity, influence, and commercial acumen.

Working Hours

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5pm, and 8:30am – 4pm on Fridays. We also offer hybrid and flexible working.

Your Duties Will Include

• Develop portfolio analysis and link into wider management reviews, aiming to influence the commercial, brand, and development teams to maximise profitability.
• Manage customer pricing models and ownership of inflation/deflation analysis, providing clarity to the business on the financial impact.
• Partner with the commercial team, working through varying scenarios throughout the year; supporting and challenging the team to deliver against their strategies.
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations for both long and short-term discounts, ensuring robustness and traceability within the central repository.
• Preparation of brand P&Ls and active participation in monthly business unit reviews.
• Collaborate with the commercial finance team to deliver the annual budget.
• Support the commercial team in the financial appraisal of the monthly demand re-forecast.
