EVERYMAN - FINANCE MANAGER

Join a dynamic team as our Finance Manager at Everyman Cinema!

Role Overview

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, this role involves managing group-wide financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, systems implementation, and process improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with standards, consolidating financial data, managing treasury activities, leading system enhancements, and supporting internal controls and audits.

This hybrid role is based at our Head Office in Hampstead, North London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop and mentor finance teams across the group.
2. Project manage finance workstreams and process improvements.
3. Manage financial reporting and consolidation processes.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
5. Document current processes and prepare accounting papers.
6. Lead bi-annual impairment reviews.
7. Maintain supplier relationships and manage weekly payments.
8. Oversee cash flow forecasting.
9. Implement and embed new systems like Atlas and Lucanet.
10. Improve finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
11. Manage internal audits and review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a finance team in a multi-site business.
• Experience with IFRS, IFRS 16, and group consolidation.
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 and PLC experience are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative attitude with a professional approach to finance.
