Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is based in our Leicester site with a hybrid working model (2-3 days on-site per week, depending on business needs, with travel to Crick, Head Office, when required).

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing processes and systems for the site finance team to meet objectives
• Building strong partnerships with Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers, and their teams
• Producing financial and operational management reports, including P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Preparing forecasts and budgets, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring the integrity of invoicing and P&L entries
• Partnering with the central finance team to monitor and manage site debt

Requirements:

• ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards it (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar finance management role, preferably in environments with open/closed book contracts
• A positive attitude and a love for the work environment
