Nationwide invites high-potential graduates to join the Financial Management Development Programme. Over three years you’ll build foundations in management accounting, financial reporting and business performance while supporting monthly financial information production and analysis.

You’ll also study toward a professional qualification (CIMA) and develop commercial awareness by working with stakeholders across Nationwide. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Two A Level qualifications and three GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel proficiency and ability to learn finance-specific tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial information production and analysis.
• Develop management reporting and business planning materials.
• Assist in studying towards professional finance qualifications (CIMA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Nationwide to deliver insights.
