Nationwide is offering a Finance Development Programme in Swindon and Glasgow for graduates and career changers. You will follow a three-year, structured learning journey in Financial Reporting, with a focus on accounting principles, regulatory reporting and analysis.

The programme includes ACA study and hands-on experience across multiple reporting areas. Youll be part of a hybrid work model, spending time at Nationwide offices and benefiting from flexible home working.

Qualifications

• Two A Level qualifications and three GCSEs, including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in Finance and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Study towards ACA qualification and build core technical skills.
• Gain exposure to different areas of Financial Reporting.
• Develop analytical and commercial awareness while supporting reporting outputs.
• Contribute to external reporting and stakeholder communications across multiple areas.
