MBDA invites Finance Graduates to join a three-year placement programme based in Stevenage, offering diverse rotations across Accounting, Programmes Finance, Cost Control and Bids evaluation. You will study for CIMA/ACA with full funding and study leave, guided by mentors and a structured development plan.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in any subject with a minimum 2.2
• Interest in Finance and strong numerical skills
• Willingness to study for accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACA)

Responsibilities

• Accounting and Planning: prepare company level financial plans and reports
• Programmes Finance: partner with multi-functional teams on contract delivery
• Cost Control: manage budgets and cost bases, hours-based recovery
• Bids and Contract Evaluation: assist in robust financial proposals
