Job summary

MBDA invites graduates to join a three-year Finance Graduate Programme starting September 2027. You will complete three one-year placements across Finance, gaining broad experience from reporting to budget and business plan preparation, with international exposure.

The programme funds CIMA/ACA studies, with mentorship and career development. Salary is £31,900 plus a joining bonus, with hybrid working 2-3 days on-site. Applications close 2 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in any subject to a minimum of 2.2.
• Strong numerical skills and interest in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Complete three one-year placements across Finance.
• Work with colleagues nationally and internationally.
• Support reporting, budgeting and business plan preparation.
• Participate in the pursuit of professional qualifications (CIMA/ACA) fully funded by MBDA.
