Nationwide invites graduates to join the Finance Development Programme in Financial Reporting. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn through digital learning and workshops, and collaborate with colleagues across Nationwide while building your network.

Over three years, you’ll develop technical and commercial skills, study towards ACA, and contribute to financial reporting for a large organisation across Swindon and Glasgow offices.

Qualifications

• Two A Level qualifications and three GCSEs (including Maths and English Language).
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness of Nationwide and the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundations in accounting principles, financial reporting and controls.
• Learn how financial reporting supports decision-making and regulatory requirements.
• Progress to more complex work and take on ownership in Year 2.
• Gain exposure to treasury and regulatory reporting, and annual report disclosures in Year 3.
• Study towards the ACA qualification alongside practical experience.
