Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Associate with 3–6 years’ PQE to join our national finance practice in Manchester. You will advise lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders on asset-based lending and receivables finance, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE and experience in banking and finance law.
• Strong experience in asset-based lending, receivables financing or related lending transactions.
• Good technical knowledge of finance documentation, security arrangements and lending structures.
• Experience advising lenders, borrowers, financial institutions or corporate clients on complex transactions.
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing client relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, borrowers and other financial stakeholders on asset-based lending and receivables finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation and other key documents.
• Support bilateral, syndicated and cross-border financing transactions across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver commercially focused solutions.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development and growth of the finance practice.
