Job summary

Marshall Motor Group–Mercedes-Benz & Smart of Bolton is seeking a Transaction Manager to oversee vehicle sales and finance/insurance products, ensuring FCA compliance. You will coach Sales Executives, assist in closing deals, and report on F&I performance while promoting a professional, deadline-driven culture.

The role offers a clear path to progression within a leading UK automotive retailer. The position is full-time in Bolton with 45 hours weekly, a base of £28k and a £55k OTE/bonus scheme,

Qualifications

Previous franchised experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or in a Sales Executive/Controller role.
Able to meet deadlines and maintain a professional approach.
Mentor others and drive compliance with FCA rules.
Strong attention to detail and customer-facing skills.
Team player with initiative and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

Oversee sale of vehicles and finance/insurance products.
Provide guidance to Sales Executives on the sales process.
Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
Upskill Sales Executives in finance and insurance.
