WPP is seeking an experienced and proactive People Manager to join our global Finance function. You will act as dedicated HR partner for internal Finance teams, shaping talent, engagement and performance initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Senior People Director, you will drive people strategies, partner with leaders, and use data to inform decision-making. We offer a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a People Manager, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A passion for creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can do their best work

Aufgaben

• Act as the dedicated People lead for Finance leaders and teams.
• Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, programmes and initiatives.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Drive performance and career development conversations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to strategic people projects and utilise data to inform decisions.
