Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking an ambitious qualified accountant to become a trusted business partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders. You will own a dedicated business pillar, providing insight, challenge and strategic financial guidance to drive profitable growth within a fast-moving IT distribution environment.

The role requires analytical excellence, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to influence non-financial stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships across Finance, Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability, margin and working capital.
• Produce meaningful management information and performance reporting.
• Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, rebate performance and operating costs.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable recommendations to support business performance.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
