Job summary

Mondelēz International is launching a Finance Graduate program in the UK, offering a three-year rotation across our Finance teams. You’ll gain breadth and hands-on experience while being mentored by senior leaders. The program supports professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) and international mobility.

Starting salary is £33,000 with a £2,000 sign-on bonus, plus a strong benefits package. Mobility and relocation are expected; the program runs at our UK sites, including Bournville.

• Strong desire to work in FMCG and finance.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Finance teams to gain breadth and depth.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, and Projects.
• Support preparation of financial analysis and business partnering.
