Mondelez International is launching a Finance Graduate program in the UK, offering three years of rotational roles across our Finance team and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Operations. The scheme emphasizes learning, flexibility, and mobility to develop as a finance business partner within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Job description

You'll get to work across our Finance team in a series of real roles, designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge and develop a whole host of skills, to transform you into the highest quality finance business partner. This will include roles across our UK sites which will require flexibility and mobility over the 3-year scheme. Rotations include partnering with our Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations teams as well as Financial Control, Accounting and Projects.
