Over three years you will rotate across three 12-month assignments in Supply Chain, Customer Service and Logistics, gaining breadth and practical leadership exposure at Mondelēz’s head office.

The program provides formal and on-the-job training, mentorship and a structured curriculum, with final placements spanning Engineering, Procurement, Quality or Operations

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month rotations across Supply Chain functions including Food Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Customer Service and Logistics.
• Final placement could include Engineering, Procurement, Quality or Operations Centers.
