Job summary

Mondelēz International UK offers a structured graduate programme with 12-month rotations across chocolate, biscuits, gum and candy. You’ll be based at our UK Head Office in Uxbridge and gain breadth through category development, sales revenue planning and customer development experiences.

The scheme includes in-person assessment at our offices, a starting salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Mobility to relocate domestically and/or internationally.
• Strong interest in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Sales Revenue Planning: maximize revenue via promotions, stocking and positioning.
• Category Development: analyze market strengths and trends to grow market share.
• Customer Development Executive: manage and grow relationships with large retail customers.
