Job summary

Mondelēz International invites graduates to join a 3-year Leadership Development Graduate Scheme with three 12-month rotations across Supply Chain functions at our UK sites. You will gain exposure to Food Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Customer Service and Logistics, supported by formal and on-the-job training.

Start date is September 2026, with a starting salary of £33,000 plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus. The program includes mentoring, a structured curriculum, and bi-annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Internship or similar experience is advantageous.
• Must have right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Supply Chain functions.
• Gain breadth across Food Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Customer Service and Logistics.
