Job summary

Mondelez International invites graduates to join its Finance Graduate - Taste The Future program, a three-year scheme with rotations across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, Financial Control, Accounting and Projects. You'll gain breadth and depth of knowledge while developing as a finance business partner.

Starting salary £33,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus; mobility is required, with domestic and international relocation.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in FMCG.
• Mobility to relocate domestically and/or internationally.
• Graduate scheme with learning mindset and enthusiasm to grow.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Finance Graduate - Taste The Future programme with rotations across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, Financial Control, Accounting and Projects.
• Develop as a finance business partner through on-the-job experiences, mentorship and formal training.
• Pursue professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) during the programme.
