ACCA Careers is seeking a Finance Director for a West Yorkshire-based business. You will lead all financial activities, deliver robust reporting, and steer budgeting, forecasting and capital management while partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic growth.

The role demands a professionally qualified accountant with senior leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments, and a track record of driving commercial performance and financial governance.

Formación

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead financial operations, governance and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial insight.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all financial operations, reporting and controls.
• Produce monthly management accounts, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Analyse profitability, cost drivers and business performance.
• Prepare statutory accounts and manage external audits.
• Optimise working capital and support commercial decisions.
• Act as main contact for auditors, banks and advisers.
• Contribute to business strategy and growth plans.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve efficiency and results.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
