Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Senior finance leadership experience required.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Manufacturing/engineer/industrial sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, reporting and controls.
• Produce monthly management accounts, KPIs and performance reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Analyse profitability, cost drivers and business performance.
• Prepare statutory accounts and manage external audits.
• Optimise working capital and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with leaders across the business to drive efficiency.
• Support business planning and growth initiatives.
