Page Personnel is seeking a Finance Director in West Yorkshire to lead the finance function and partner with the senior management team. You will own financial control, reporting, forecasting and governance while supporting strategic growth and commercial performance across the business.

The role requires qualified accounting credentials (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and a track record of leading teams, with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments being highly advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong senior finance background.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and develop strategic financial plans.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments is preferred.

• Lead all financial operations, reporting and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive performance.
• Manage statutory accounts and external audits, while building governance.
