Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and presents an exciting opportunity to join a business expected to expand significantly over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as you will be responsible for establishing several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-practice finance function including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
• Manage all external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalability

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with experience in real estate fund management

• Passion for building a successful business
