We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, making growth a top priority!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party service providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
• Manage external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and building a team 'fit for growth'

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with experience in real estate fund management
• Ideally, experience in institutional credit
• Passion for leading and developing teams
• Experience in setting up new fund structures
• Strong operational and strategic finance expertise – this role is not solely reporting
• Enthusiasm and passion for building a successful business
• Confidence balanced with humility
