Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a business poised for rapid expansion over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as you will be responsible for establishing several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint suitable third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance reporting and performance capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to expand the team
• Manage banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalability
