Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, so growth is a key focus!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business expected to expand rapidly over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner the MD and CEO in establishing several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third parties
• Implement a best-in-practice finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance commercial/performance reporting and capabilities
• Lead an existing team, managing their growth and development, including increasing team size
• Manage all external banking relationships and lead funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and developing a team suitable for growth

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
