We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, making growth a top priority!

This role has been created as a direct result of this expansion and presents an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
• Manage external banking relationships and lead funding initiatives as the business expands
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, spearhead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and developing a team 'fit for growth'

Essential Experience Needed:

• Demonstrable experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with proven experience in real estate fund management
• Ideally, experience in institutional credit
• A genuine enthusiasm for leading and developing a team
• Experience in setting up new fund structures
• Strong operational and strategic finance experience – this is not just a reporting role
• Enthusiasm and passion for building an outstanding business
• Confidence without arrogance
