Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

We are looking for someone with experience in property/real estate investment funds to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish multiple institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and coordinate with third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to improve commercial and performance reporting
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business scales
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Drive strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing and operational structuring, to support business expansion
